A committed early adopter and daily user of AI, Jason is a member of two AI tiger teams at Talogy, where he explores how emerging technologies can be used responsibly and effectively across the employee lifecycle. He speaks regularly with HR departments across industries sharing ideas on how organizations are applying AI to improve decision-making, reduce bias, and scale development.
Jason holds a B.A. from McMaster University and has completed postgraduate studies at Ryerson University, Humber College, and Seneca College. Based in Toronto, he is passionate about helping companies unlock the full potential of their people through practical, evidence-based solutions.
